Who this covers

What we collect

This website collects very little by design. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to submit:

Contact form submissions — name, email, company and message, sent directly to our inbox. We don't store form submissions in a database beyond the resulting email.
Demo bookings made through the "Book a demo" page, which uses Calendly — an external scheduling service. Information you enter there is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy, not ours.
Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept briefly for security and troubleshooting, as most web servers do by default.

The AI assistant

If you use Peter, our "Ask Peter" chat widget, we keep a log of the question and the answer given — so real visitor questions can inform what we build next. Before the conversation starts we ask, entirely optionally, for your name, email and phone number so we can follow up if you'd like us to; skip it and the assistant works exactly the same. If you accept the "Functional" cookie category below, we also set a cookie with a random ID so Peter can recall your own previous questions if you come back; decline it and the assistant still works, it just won't remember earlier visits. Don't enter personal or confidential information into the assistant beyond what you choose to share in that optional prompt — it only knows public product information and can't access any client or account data.

Cookies

A banner on first visit lets you choose which of these apply. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Marketing and Google Analytics tags are off by default and only load if we've configured them and you've accepted the matching category.

Third-party services on this site

Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser makes a direct request to Google and shares your IP address as part of that request.
Calendly — used only on the "Book a demo" page, to let you schedule a call directly.
Google Analytics / Meta Pixel / LinkedIn Insight Tag — only loaded if enabled and only after you accept the relevant cookie category, as described above.

Your rights

Both Scale Bespoke Ltd and Scale Bespoke AS operate under UK GDPR and EU/EEA data protection law respectively. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you — in practice, that means whatever you've sent us through the contact form. Email hello@scalebespoke.com and we'll handle it directly.
